The
current law firm, known as Ash & Reedstrom, began when Craig
Ash acquired
the twenty year law firm of Judge Ronald K. Roehr in 1994.
From 1994-1997 the firm operated under the name of Craig Ash, Attorney at Law.
Craig continued
Judge Roehr's former practice
and serviced his former clients. His practice areas included wills
and estate planning, business and corporate law, real estate, and family
law. In
1995, Craig Ash
acquired the Sisseton law practice of Holland, Brantseg
& Glynn and continued to operate the Milbank and Sisseton firms as a
sole practitioner until January of 1997, at which time
Mark Reedstrom
joined the firm as a partner. The firm began its operation under the
current name of Ash & Reedstrom.
Mark
Reedstrom moved here from Sioux Falls to begin his term as Grant County
States Attorney. With the States Attorney position
only requiring half of Mark's time and with Mark's trial experience, the
firm took on more litigation matters such as personal injury and insurance
cases.
The
firm uses secretarial and paralegal support staff to help it operate
efficiently and responsively.
